Divine Boutique has a 30-Day exchange policy for items that are UNWORN, WITH TAGS ATTACHED. All SALE/ DISCOUNTED items are FINAL SALE items and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Defective Merchandise:

For any issues regarding any purchased items that have problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving/purchasing said item(s) to inform us about the issue. If we are not notified within the 3 day period your items will be ineligible for return. You must send a photo to sodivineboutique@gmail.com of the item that contains the defect or problem along with all the details of your invoice.
